Frederick began her professional life in 1984 as an Industrial Engineer for a privately held aluminum company. After several promotions she was appointed Plant Industrial Engineer, directly supervising multiple engineers and assuming responsibility for both pre-sales and capital projects management. Clare’s analytical aptitude and interest in having a more direct impact on the lives of those she served led her to undertake a career change after eight years as a practicing engineer. Her background and belief that everyone deserves an opportunity to achieve financial independence serves as the cornerstone of her practice and grounds the implementation services she delivers to her growing clientele.
Clare holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. She resides in Mount Lebanon Township with her husband and daughter. Clare has given back to the community where she lives and works having served as an elected officer in various capacities for the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) and has frequently spoken to high school and college students on the professional and personal benefits of an engineering curriculum. She supports “Dress for Success”, and has volunteered her time to counsel women in challenging situations on how to prepare themselves for the workplace. Clare Frederick is a registered AIF.
